Maaloul expels Omar Khribin from the camp of the Syrian national team

Syrian news sites reported today that the coach of the Syrian national football team, Tunisian Nabil Maaloul, expelled the striker Omar Khribin from the camp of the Syrian national team, which is currently hosted by the Emirates, due to "the player's interference in the technical decisions of the coach."

The "Al-Hadath" website said that the relationship between the two became greatly tense in the recent period, and reached the point of a reasonable decision to completely exclude Khribin from the Syrian national team, which fought a friendly match with Uzbekistan yesterday, and won it 1-0.

And media outlets quoted the director of the Syria national team, Assaf Khalifa, as saying that despite the artistic value of Omar Khribin, respect for the coach's technical decisions is required of all players, and that the interest of the Syrian national team remains the most important.
