The negative results of the Ajman team in the current season, whether in the Arab Gulf League or the early farewell of the Arab Gulf Cup competition, by losing to Fujairah back and forth, reflected a difficult reality that the team is experiencing in several aspects, some of them technical and medical, and the third is related to the deals made by the club during the summer transfer period .

The many injuries that the team suffers from is one of the most prominent problems that faced the coach of Ajman, the Egyptian Ayman Ramadi, which has become a phenomenon facing the team since the preparation for the new season, as the number of injuries reached nine players, all of whom depend on the coach.

Ajman faced a major technical problem related to the poor return provided by foreigners during the seven matches the team played in the League and the Arabian Gulf Cup without scoring a single goal in those matches, which made Al-Orange occupies the last place as the team with the lowest goals scoring.

Ajman did not succeed in getting rid of the fatal individual mistakes that caused him to lose one after the other, the last of which was against Fujairah, when substitute goalkeeper Yusuf Ahmed committed two mistakes that resulted in two goals.

The biggest problem that Ajman faced is the lack of homogeneity currently in the team after dispensing with a large group of players at the end of the season and contracting another group, and the escalation of more than five players from the youth sector in the club, which made the performance of the orange swing from one match to another.

For his part, the assistant coach, the Egyptian Mohamed Adly, confirmed that football only recognizes the results, stressing that his team is going through a difficult phase during that period that pushed him to play the Fujairah match with a large group of young players.

He said, "We had six players participating in Fujairah for the first time in official matches, and this negatively affected the outcome in the first half. However, performance improved significantly in the second half, but the lack of experience prevented the team from maintaining its progress."

He added: “Over the past matches, the technical staff tried to fill the gaps in the team. It was difficult for the coach Ayman Ramadi, and for any coach, in such circumstances, to achieve positive results and the team lacks nine players at one time from the elements that depend on them. And from the owners of experiences ».

He pointed out: “We cannot blame the elements that participated in the Fujairah match for the loss. On the contrary, I would like to thank them for the feedback they provided, and we are confident that the performance and results of the team will improve in the coming period after the return of the injured, and we are not concerned about the results that occurred in the period. "The past, because we have a strong team capable of making a quick comeback."
