It was in the 80th minute of the match that Denmark's Mathias Jörgensen tore down Jordan Larsson in his own penalty area.

The Swedish players shouted wildly for a penalty - but Norwegian referee Espen Eskås acquitted.

After the match, which the Danes won 2-0, the striker gave his view on the situation:

- I am drawn to the shirt and think it is quite clear, he says.

The first half was goalless and uneventful.

In the second half, Denmark went up to 2-0 before Sweden rose at the end when Sebastian Larsson and Dejan Kulusevski were replaced.

"Had hoped to start"

- In the first half, I do not think we started a game and did not create much.

The movement was not there and no one really wanted the ball.

When I came in I just wanted to try to contribute a little speed and get behind their back line.

I think I succeeded quite well, but it was difficult.

They lead 2-0 and defended compactly, says Jordan Larsson.

Federation captain Janne Andersson chose to start with Alexander Isak and Robin Quaison at the top.

Jordan Larsson was substituted 64 minutes into the game.

- Of course I had hoped to start, but the competitive situation is as it is.

We have many good strikers in the national team.

I'm new.

You have to accept your role and try to do it as well as possible in training and during the minutes you get in the matches.

See the situation in the player above and judge for yourself.

Punishment or not?
