Saman Ghoddos signed for the Ligue 1 club Amiens in the summer of 2018. The deal was preceded by a quarrel with Spanish Huesca who said that the Swede had agreed with the La Liga club on a transfer, but that Ghoddos and Östersund withdrew.
Huesca then reported Ghoddos and ÖFK to Fifa - and got it right.
Ghoddos was suspended for four months and fined SEK 43 million.
Now playing in Brentford
Both parties chose to appeal Fifa's ruling to the sport's arbitration court Cas, and now their outcome has come.
- I can tell you that it will be zero kronor, says Michael Schahine to Östersunds-Posten.
Ghoddos has been playing in the English second division in Brentford since last autumn as a loan.
