His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, briefed on the progress of work on the new Dibba Fujairah Cultural and Sports Club stadium project in Al Ras area in Dibba Al Fujairah, as part of His Highness’s keenness to find out all the work in the vital and developmental projects that serve citizens and residents In the Emirate of Fujairah, this came during his inspection tour of the new stadium project and to see all the details and stages of completion in it, where His Highness was accompanied by the Director of the Amiri Diwan in Fujairah Muhammad Saeed Al-Dhanhani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Fujairah Club Ahmed Saeed Al-Dhanhani and a number of officials and sports leaders and A number of officials in the emirate.

His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi heard from field engineers and officials about the work done for the new club's stadium and the plans that are being implemented according to the latest technologies used in a way that meets the aspirations and needs of the people of the region.

His Highness stressed the need to complete all construction, service, and equipment required for the stadium, according to the agreed time periods without delay.

His Highness, the Ruler of Fujairah Supreme also affirmed that the infrastructure projects that are currently being implemented in Fujairah are in line with the economic and development needs of the community and meet the requirements of sustainable development that are progressing at an increasing pace in the emirate.

It is worth noting that the total cost of the new Dibba Fujairah Cultural and Sports Club project is about one hundred million dirhams.

The club's stadium is the most modern in the country and meets all the requirements of the Professional League Committee and the AFC to hold matches within the continental club tournaments. The stadium accommodates about 10,000 spectators distributed between the first and second degrees.
