The Manchester United legend is threatened with imprisonment after assaulting two women

The British newspaper "The Sun" reported today that the legend of Manchester United, former Welsh star Ryan Giggs, the current coach of his country, is threatened with imprisonment due to the case of assaulting two women, not just one woman, as previously mentioned.

The British police had arrested Giggs (46 years) a few days ago on charges of physically assaulting his girlfriend Kate Greville, in a moment of anger over accusing him of treason.

Giggs denied the accusations, but surveillance cameras confirmed that he assaulted her and one of her female relatives who was with her at the time of the accident.

After being interrogated, he was released on bail.

Police questioned Kate and her relative, and began collecting evidence, as Giggs may face a prison sentence in addition to a heavy fine if the charge is proven, especially in light of the presence of concrete evidence, the newspaper said.

The two had a heated discussion and heard their screams from afar in her home in Wersley, Manchester, and Kate accused him of treason, and after he beat her with her cousin, the police were called to stop him and he spent an entire night in the department, and this led to the postponement of his announcement of the new list for the Wales national team, as he confirmed The local Football Association stated that Giggs will not be coach of the national team during the next matches this November, until the investigation ends.
