Four new names for the Paralympics in Tokyo

In the third preliminary selection, three table tennis players and one bocce player now qualify for the Paralympics in Tokyo 2021.

In table tennis we see names like Ingela Lundbäck, Alexander Öhgren and Emil Andersson and in bocce Maria Bjurström.

- These are active with fine championship and competition merits that we know can go a long way in Tokyo and be part of the fight for the medals.

With the selection, we want to give them the best possible conditions to be able to continue preparing for the games that are less than a year away, says Ines Lopes, team leader and sports director at the Swedish Paralympic Committee.
