While Argentina has lived its last hours to the rhythm of information on the state of health of Diego Maradona, Lionel Messi posted on Instagram on Wednesday a message of support for his compatriot who had a hematoma on the head.
“Diego, all the strength in the world.
My family and I want to see you get well as soon as possible.
I kiss you from the bottom of my heart!
He wrote, accompanying this message with a photo of himself and Maradona.
Diego Maradona, Argentine football legend, underwent successful surgery for a bruise on his head on Tuesday night at the Olivos private clinic in the northern suburbs of Buenos Aires, five days after celebrating his 60th birthday.

The star had been transferred there after a first hospitalization on Monday in La Plata, 60 km south of the capital.
“Diego tolerated the operation well.
He's awake and everything is fine.
(…) He will remain under observation, ”his personal doctor, Dr. Leopoldo Luque, announced at a press conference on Tuesday evening, in front of an audience of supporters in virtual trance at the announcement of the good news.
