In this year's edition of the TV puck, there is a head coach who is a woman, Camillia Sjöholm, who is responsible for Stockholm on the girls' side.

For her, it was a matter of course to take the step to become head coach.

- I think there should be female leaders in the girls team here in the TV puck and I want more female coaches to take their place, she says to SVT Sport.

"There are a lot of men everywhere"

But being a female head coach for an ice hockey team can sometimes be difficult.

- It is a male-dominated sport we are doing and it is quite tough as a female coach in this sport, says Camilla Sjöholm and continues:

- There are a lot of men everywhere and you always have to prove what you stand for.

Not only because I'm a girl but also for my young age.

So you have to elbow your way forward to take a seat.

"Always my male colleague they turn to"

Do you have a tougher way to reach the coaching profession than a male colleague of the same age?

- Yes, right now I would say that.

When it comes to the match, the first referee to turn to to talk to should be the head coach.

Then it's always my male colleague they turn to.

He is a man, has a beard and is older.

Then you do not think it can be me.

It is an example of when you need to fight a little all the time, she says.

How do you feel about that?

- It is clear that it is a struggle.

But I think it's great fun to do this and get to train these girls.
