“Today, under the pretext of fighting for freedom of speech, the enemies of Islam and Muslims of various levels are trying to offend the feelings of hundreds of millions of believers around the world by drawing caricatures of the best of people,” Nurmagomedov wrote on his Instagram.

According to him, no one can harm the one who is called to earth to help people not be ignorant and strive for the truth and worship of Allah.

“By this act, they not only insulted the feelings of Muslim believers, but also challenged the Lord of the Worlds, who promised to protect his messenger from the attacks of ignorant people,” the athlete stressed.

He also wished Allah to bless the prophet and his followers and punish those who encroach on his honor.

Prior to that, Nurmagomedov criticized French President Emmanuel Macron for his words about Islam.

Earlier, TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak turned to Nurmagomedov about his words about Macron.
