It was a sleepy battle in Skellefteå Kraft Arena for 40 minutes.

But in the third, the meeting heated up and hottest of them all was Oskarshamn's experienced forward, Oscar Sundh.

This was the 34-year-old's seventh match in the IKO shirt and it was he who scored the first two goals of the match and laid the foundation for the victory for the Smålanders.

Skellefteå picked the goalkeeper early and with three minutes left to play, John Dahlström was able to puncture the match with his 3-0 goal.

New SHL four

SAIK certainly reduced through Jesper Frödén with just over a minute left and got the chance in game six against three in the final minute, but they did not get closer but Oskarshamn kept away and took three new points.

This was the third straight victory for Martin Filander and his men who can now see themselves as SHL-four in a limping table.

- The points that count and we can be proud of our efforts.

We had a day on the bus yesterday which took a bit of it but we said we would handle it well and have no excuses.

We leave here with three points and must be satisfied and happy about it, Sundh says to C More afterwards.
