A statement issued by the Dubai Sports Council said: “The decision issued by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, will be implemented in sports clubs and companies in Dubai from the time of its issuance, and it includes the conditions and controls for appointing and following up the administrators and supervisors, which are: To be qualified The academic required for the job, and to pass the administrative and supervisors' work controls tests issued by the Dubai Sports Council, and the interviews, and to commit to attending the developmental and awareness-raising programs and courses that the Council holds with the specialized bodies.

The statement added: “The issuance of the decision comes within the framework of the continuous development efforts undertaken by the Dubai Sports Council of the mechanisms and methodology of work in clubs and sports companies, making it an attractive environment for people of different ages and sports, and providing them with an ideal environment for practicing their sports hobbies, thus contributing to an increase in the number of Sports practitioners in general ».

He explained, "The decision also provides the talented people with the opportunity to develop their competitive sporting levels, and to represent the club's teams for the various Sunni groups, leading to the representation of the various national teams, by setting standards and controls that define those qualified to work as administrators and supervisors in clubs and sports companies, and to follow up their job performance."
