Primoz Roglic attributes the loss of the leader's jersey in the Vuelta a España to his struggles with a rain jacket.
The Slovenian had to pay for the efforts on Sunday in the sixth stage on the final climb and lost 43 seconds to the new leader Richard Carapaz.
