The autumn of 2020 has been tough for Malmö's SHL team.

Tonight, the team collected its seventh loss in the first nine matches, when Oskarshamn won 4-1 at home.

Quick penalty

The basis for the loss was laid in the second period, when the team conceded two goals in just eight seconds.

First, Tyler Kelleher hit a fine pass through the entire attack zone to Nolan Zajac to the right of the goal cage who put the puck in goal.

- I saw that he came through there, and just tried to find him.

Then he did the rest, says Kelleher to C More.

Just eight seconds later it was time again.

Oskarshamn won the technique, went on the attack and Kim Rosdahl was torn down when he was about to finish.

The referee crossed his arms and signaled for punishment.

Tyler Kelleher stepped forward and made no mistake.

- It felt good to see the puck go to the finish, he says to C More.

Oskarshamn's first Malmö victory

In the end, it was 4-1 for Oskarshamn, and league champion Malmö collected their fifth straight loss.

- We have three or four really good goal chances that we have to set to be more.

We have more or less empty cages that we do not put there, says Malmö's coach Joakim Fagervall to C More.

This was Oskarshamn's first victory in the SHL against Malmö.

During the team's debut season in the SHL, there was a loss against the Skåne team in all four meetings.

- We made a good match tonight and it was really good for us to take three points, says Kelleher, who also assisted to 4-1.
