Ajax got off to a flying start against VVV Venlo.
After 17 minutes it was 2-0 and at half time the away team had gone to 4-0.
But in the second half it derailed.
The goal explosion started after Christiaan Kum was sent off.
Heavy day for van Crooy
Ajax scored five goals between minutes 54 and 65. And in the last quarter, the away team managed to push in four more pods behind goalkeeper Delano van Crooy, who had a heavy afternoon.
One player who really enjoyed the Saturday afternoon was Lassina Traore.
The 19-year-old delivered five goals and three assists in the 13-0 win.

It was a good win, says coach Erik ten Hag to Ajax's website and laughs.
It is the biggest win in the Dutch league.
Ajax had the old record, the team defeated Vitesse 12-1 in 1972.
