The Kitchen Champion Division game between FC Utrecht and TOP Oss was postponed on Friday two hours before kick-off due to multiple corona infections at the Brabant club.

"The match against Jong Utrecht is unfortunately canceled tonight on urgent medical advice", TOP Oss wrote on Twitter a little before 5 pm.

"Five infections within a few days and also people with complaints at TOP Oss. News about infections finally reached us at 4 pm."

The match would start on Friday at 6.45 pm at training complex Zoudenbalch in Utrecht.

It is not yet known when the game will take place.

Jong FC Utrecht-TOP Oss is not the first Kitchen Champion Division match that has to be moved by corona infections.

FC Den Bosch-Almere City, NAC Breda-SC Cambuur, De Graafschap-NAC Breda and Helmond Sport-De Graafschap were previously postponed.

TOP Oss and Jong FC Utrecht are respectively fourteenth and nineteenth in the Kitchen Champion Division.

❌ The @ 1e_Divisie game between Young #fcutrecht and @topossofficial, which was scheduled for tonight, is canceled due to corona infections at TOP Oss.
