Ten Swedish elite league teams can breathe a sigh of relief.

They have managed the elite license for next season despite the corona pandemic's impact on the economy.

But for four teams must continue to fight.

Sandviken, Bollnäs, Broberg and Västerås have reported negative equity and will be subject to further review in accordance with a decision from the licensing committee.

At the licensing committee's meeting on 11 October, a decision was made to grant an elite license for the 2021/22 season for ten associations in the elite series and that further review will take place by four associations.

At the same meeting, it was decided to continue the review for six Allsvenskan teams, Tillberga, Ljusdal, Lidköping, Nässjö IF, UNIK and IFK Kungälv.
