According to the Catalan sports daily

, the Frenchman of FC Barcelona has accepted the postponement of the payment of part of his salary to help Barça, launched in a phase of negotiations with the players of his squad to reduce the impact of the crisis linked to the coronavirus pandemic.

The agreement has not yet been signed between the two parties but the Blaugrana club are confident and the same goes for the case of Frenkie De Jong, who has also reportedly consented to a postponement of salary.

The crisis has already resulted in a loss of nearly 100 million euros for Barça, which is considering once again lowering the salaries of its players.
