It is reported that this proposal was initiated by the Netherlands and supported by other two countries.
Currently, the joint bid proposal has been submitted to FIFA and UEFA.
German Football Association President Fritz Keller said: "We are very happy to support the wishes of the Netherlands, and we will unswervingly do our best for this project. Germany has hosted the Women's European Championship and also hosted the Women's World Cup in 2011.
The Netherlands hosted the Women's European Championship in 2017.
The 2023 Women's World Cup will be held in Australia and New Zealand, and the specific host cities of the two countries have not yet been determined.
