Two major absences for OM before the start of the Champions League?
The defender of Olympique de Marseille, Duje Caleta Car and striker Dario Benedetto came out injured on Saturday night during OM's victory against Bordeaux (3-1), at the Stade Vélodrome.
"It's a sprained ankle for both of them, they will undergo an MRI", announced André Villas Boas at a press conference.
Caleta Car was injured on the action of the Bordeaux goal at the end of the match (83rd).
"I thought there was a fault," Villas-Boas said sorry.
The OM coach spoke of the state of his two titular players before facing Olympiakos on Wednesday in Greece for their return to the Champions League.
Villas Boas will be able to count on the return of Dimitri Payet, not suspended for this competition.
