FC Twente did good business in the Eredivisie on Saturday.

The team of trainer Ron Jans won 0-3 against a weak Willem II and is in the lead for at least one day.

RKC Waalwijk took the first points of the season at Heracles Almelo (0-1).

FC Twente had a dream start against Willem II, because after two minutes the opening goal was already a fact in Tilburg.

Ajax-mercenary Danilo was sent off side by side in the second minute by Václav Cerný and finished off coolly.

It stayed at that for a long time, but shortly after the break FC Twente increased the margin to two.

Jayden Oosterwolde was given time in the penalty area to put the ball in front of his foot and hit hard in the short corner.

In the sixtieth minute, Willem II's suffering became even greater.

Miquel Nelom got the ball in the penalty area on his outstretched arm, on which Twente (after intervention by the VAR) received a penalty.

Danilo's attempt was caught by Robbin Ruiter, but in the rebound he still worked the ball into the goal.

Due to the problem-free victory, FC Twente remains unbeaten in the Eredivisie.

The team from Enschede comes on eleven points and is in the lead for at least one day.

PSV, Feyenoord sc Heerenveen, Vitesse and Ajax will still play on Sunday and can pass Twente this round in the rankings.

Willem II already suffered the third defeat in this still early season.

The team of trainer Adrie Koster is stuck on four points.

RKC takes first points of the season with debut Ola John

RKC Waalwijk took the first points of the season by beating Heracles Almelo 0-1 at the debut of Ola John.

Saïd Bakari scored the only goal of the game in the 26th minute.

The right back, who came up with him, lashed out from the side of the penalty area and saw his low line end up in the far corner.

Ten minutes later Heracles got the chance to draw on the same level in Almelo.

Silvester van der Water was brought down by Luuk Wouters in the penalty area, but Rai Vloet ran into goalkeeper Kostas Lamprou from 11 meters.

John was allowed to make an appearance at RKC twenty minutes before time.

The single international of Orange, who played for FC Twente between 2010 and 2012, recently signed a one-year contract with the Waalwijkers.

In the final phase, Heracles pushed further and the home team got a few good chances.

Van der Water, however, shot wide and Delano Burgzorg hit the bar, so that RKC booked the first victory of the season after three defeats.

The team of trainer Fred Grim, who only played four times this season, rises from last to fifteenth place.

Heracles is stuck on four points after five games.
