+ Top battles

Last weekend, maybe the gold rush came.

Gothenburg defeated the last Uppsala, 3-0, while Rosengård surprisingly fell 1-2 against Kristianstad.

Thus, Gothenburg tops the table with a four point margin down to Rosengård, with four rounds left to play.

And that may well be enough for Gothenburg to keep Rosengård behind them and take the club's first Swedish Championship gold.

Gothenburg is facing on paper modest resistance and if the team only does its job, the gold will end up on the west coast.

The table right now:

1) Gothenburg, 44 points, +33 in goal difference, four games left to play

2) Rosengård, 40 points, +37, four games left to play

3) Kristianstad, 36 points, +9, four games left to play

Gothenburg's upcoming matches: 17 Oct: Örebro (home), 1 Nov: Växjö (away), 7 Nov: Linköping (b), 15 Nov: Vittsjö (h)

Rosengård: 17 Oct: Vittsjö (b), 1 Nov: Uppsala (h), 8 Nov: Piteå (b), 15 Nov: Växjö (h)

+ Bottom battles

For the newcomer Uppsala, the train has basically already left.

With four games left to play, the team is firmly in last place, with eight points up to safe ground.

The struggle to avoid the second relocation site is fierce.

Right now, the champion team from 2018, Piteå, is on fire.

Umeå, Djurgården, and even table seven Eskilstuna have to watch out during the end of the series and can not afford to go on any mines.
