  China News Service, October 15th. A few days ago, a criminal ruling issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province was published on the Chinese Judgment Documents website.

According to the ruling, Wang Zihua, a former Shenzhen Kaisa Club player, was released on bail pending trial on August 3 and September 28, 2018, on suspicion of illegal trading of guns and ammunition.

  After returning to the case, Wang Zihua truthfully confessed the criminal facts of his illegal possession of guns and was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment, suspended for one year and six months.

  According to the official website of the Shenzhen Football Club, Wang Zihua has not entered the 2020 team roster this season.

According to the official Weibo of the Shenzhen Football Club, Wang Zihua played as a substitute for 75 minutes of the Chinese League Reserve on October 7, 2018.

  The relevant content of Wang Zihua in the ruling is as follows:

  Wang Zihua, male, born on April 3, 1993, is a player of Shenzhen Kaisa Football Club. He lives in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

  On July 11, 2018, the defendant Wang Zihua was arrested and brought to justice. The police seized one UMP simulation gun and one revolver simulation gun at his residence.

After identification, the two simulated guns were identified as guns.

  The appellant Wang Zihua (defendant in the original trial) was released on bail pending trial on August 3 and September 28, 2018, on suspicion of illegally buying and selling firearms and ammunition.

  Wang Zihua was involved in the crime of illegal possession of guns and was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment, suspended for one year and six months.

After the sentence was pronounced, the defendant in the original trial, Wang Zihua, and others refused to accept it and filed an appeal.

The Intermediate People's Court of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province rejected the appeal and upheld the original judgment.
