  Regarding the schedule, November 8th and 9th are the time for each team to register and receive nucleic acid testing. The 10th and 11th are the training time. The first and second stages of the competition will be held from 12th to 27th, and from November 28th to 12th. March 3 is the training time, and the third stage of the competition will be held from December 4 to 18.

In terms of transfers, domestic athletes are only allowed to transfer once before the start of the season, and transfers are not allowed during the league.

  Regarding the competition system, according to the serpentine arrangement of last season's results, it is divided into two groups, A and B, with 7 teams in Group A and 6 teams in Group B. The group will compete in single round robin competitions to rank in the group.

As the defending champion, the Tianjin team should first be placed in Group A. The opponents in the same group should be the Guangdong team, Jiangsu team, Zhejiang team, Sichuan team, Henan team and Hebei team.

It is worth mentioning that the Bayi women's volleyball team is not in this list.

  In the second stage, according to the rankings of groups A and B in the first stage, group A has one bye in each round (from A1 to A7), and the remaining 6 teams in group A rotate against the 6 teams in group B in turn, ranking first to thirteenth.

  In the third stage, a round robin competition will be conducted first.

The top eight teams in the second stage are divided into two groups C and D according to the serpentine arrangement, and they will compete in a single round robin competition respectively to rank in the group; the ninth to thirteenth teams in the second stage enter Group E , To arrange the ranking in the single-loop competition within the group.

The top three teams in the C and D groups are divided into Group F, and the team that has the fourth place in the C and D groups will play two games to determine the seventh and eighth final rankings.

  The top four teams in Group F will start the semi-finals according to F1 vs. F4 and F2 vs. F3. The semi-finals adopt the three-game two-win system, and the subsequent three and four finals and the finals will also adopt the three-game two-win system.
