On October 22, Möregårdh goes under the knife.

The operation is Möregårdh's second in the lap in four years.

The injury is a genetic disorder that caused the cartilage under the patella to rupture.

- The injury to the knee has created an imbalance in the body and it has certainly contributed to my other injuries.

It is not at all easy to train when you are in constant pain, so now I feel that something must be done about this, says Möregårdh and continues:

- When I had surgery four years ago, it got better but not really good.

I have been plagued with pain for several years, he says.

After the operation, about three months of convalescence awaits Möregårdh.
