Croatia will be worn by 7,000 supporters on Wednesday (6:45 p.m. GMT) in Zagreb in the League of Nations against France, AFP learned Tuesday from the team led by Zlatko Dalic, a support that counts "a lot" for the coach of vice-world champions.
A stadium that can accommodate up to 35,000 people
"We are waiting for the maximum capacity, that is to say 7,000 for this meeting," replied the Croatian federation to a question on the number of supporters allowed at the Maksimir stadium, which has 35,000 seats.
UEFA authorized the public's return to European football competitions, including the League of Nations, on 1 October, up to a limit of 30% of the stadium's capacity and at the discretion of local authorities.

"Home fans bring a lot, each of them brings," Croatian coach Zlatko Dalic commented at a press conference on Tuesday.
"We already felt it with the last match against Sweden (2-1, note) where they came despite the rain and they supported us a lot, which brought us to victory".
