Kim Se-young (27), the'Mage of Red Pants', has reached the top of the LPGA Tour Major Tournament for the first time.



Kim Se-young won 7 birdies without seeing in the final 4th round of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship (total prize money of $4.3 million) held at the Arimink Golf Club (par 70, 6,577 yards) in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania on the 12th (Korean time). Sweep and hit a 7-under par and 63.



Kim Se-young, who recorded a final total of 14 under par 266 strokes, beat Park In-bi (9 under par 271 strokes) by five strokes to win the championship, winning the prize money of 645,000 dollars (approximately 743 million won).



It is Kim Se-young's first major championship, who played on the LPGA tour since 2015.



Kim Se-young added the LPGA Tour tournament wins 11 months after the CME Group Tour Championship in November last year, raising her 11th trophy in her career.
