Coach Sohn Hyeok of the professional baseball Kiwoom Heroes puts down the baton.

An official from the professional baseball industry who requested anonymity said, "Director Sohn Hyeok announced his intention to resign from the team today (8th) and there will be an official announcement from the club soon."

It is known that Sohn Hyeok recently talked with Chairman Heo Min about his move and decided to voluntarily resign.

Director Sohn Hyuk took office as the Kiwoom Command Tower in November last year for a total of 600 million won, including 200 million won in down payment and 200 million won in annual salary, in the two years of the contract period, but within a year he was given down.

Kiwoom is known to be playing the rest of the season by appointing quality control coach Kim Chang-hyun, who was formerly a former Electric Power Analyst, as his acting coach.
