CSKA's victory with ten men, Krasnodar's defeat by Dynamo and Zabolotny's goal with scissors: what will be remembered for the 10th round of the RPL

In the first match of the 10th round of the RPL, Ufa and Rotor met - teams that have not known the joy of victory for a long time.

Volgograd haven’t won once yet, and Vadim Yevseyev’s wards - once, in the second round.

To the disappointment of the fans, the face-to-face confrontation not only did not allow one of the teams to interrupt the unsuccessful streak, but also turned out to be extremely boring.

Both those and others almost did not create dangerous moments, moreover, the RPL newcomer did not strike a single blow on the target of someone else's goal.

Perhaps the most curious moment of the match occurred in the 28th minute, when the ball after a lumbago hit either in the face or in the hand of Solomon Kverkvelia.

Judge Vitaly Meshkov, having watched the replay, did not assign a penalty. 

Ryzhikov's curious mistake

The match between Tambov and Arsenal ended in a draw too - 1: 1.

The hosts had an advantage for most of the meeting and created dangerous moments at the goal of Mikhail Levashov, but could not convert them into effective strikes.

And the referee canceled the ball of Kirill Panchenko because of an obvious offside position.

But the Tula at the end of the first half unexpectedly came out ahead thanks to the curious goal of Mohammed Kadiri.

Levashov was close to repelling Valery Chuperka's kick from the “spot”, but the ball from his foot still ricocheted into the net.

Debut goals of Zainutdinov and Maradishvili

CSKA, on the contrary, managed to endure and take away three points from Yekaterinburg, thanks to which it was rehabilitated for the defeat at Lokomotiv in the derby.

CSKA scored two unanswered goals against Ilya Pomazun, whom Ural rented from the red and blue.

Moreover, the wards of Viktor Goncharenko managed to decide the outcome of the meeting in their favor immediately after the removal of Herdur Magnusson at the very beginning of the second half.

The referee showed the Icelander a straight red card for a last resort foul.

Oddly enough, it was after this that the guests succeeded in two scoring attacks within five minutes.

Moreover, Baktiyor Zainutdinov and Konstantin Maradishvili scored their debut goals as part of the team.

In the middle of the first half, he did a triple save, reflecting two shots from Erokhin and a hit from Dziuba at close range in a short period of time. 

Lokomotiv's third win in a row

Lokomotiv took advantage of a draw in the match of direct competitors on Sunday, beating Khimki at home.

Marko Nikolic's team won a third victory in the RPL in a row and reduced the gap from the leaders to three points.

Vitaly Lisakovich, who replaced the injured Fyodor Smolov, and Vladislav Ignatiev scored goals in the red-greens.

For both, these goals were the first of the season, and for the Belarusian the ball was also the debut in Loko.

In addition to them, it should be noted Anton Miranchuk, who gave an assist in the third round of the national championship in a row.

Khimki managed to level the score already at the 25th second of the second half.

Marinato Guilherme could not interrupt Ilya Kukharchuk's cross against Kirill Bozhenov and conceded the first goal in five matches.

Also, after the break, two eminent newcomers appeared on the field wearing T-shirts of the Moscow Region team - Denis Glushakov and Reziuan Mirzov. 

Zabolotny's winning double

In Sochi, the local team of the same name, which started the season well, took on Rostov, which had risen to third place.

For the guests, this meeting was especially important because the last match between the rivals ended in a scandal.

In June, due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the yellow-blue team played as young students of the club academy in Sochi and suffered a painful defeat - 1:10.

The reporting game also turned out to be eventful and the most productive in the round.

And Sochi managed to achieve the most important victory - 4: 2.

The first half ended with a minimal advantage of the hosts.

The only goal in the 19th minute was scored by Nikita Burmistrov.

After the break, "Rostov" quickly managed to recoup thanks to the accurate blow of Alexei Ionov, but soon the team remained in the minority.

Matthias Normann did not hold back his emotions, having received on the legs from Kristan Noboa, and earned a second yellow card.

Immediately the hosts took the lead again.

Artur Yusupov delivered a magnificent blow from the air.

But the guests, even in the minority, managed to recoup.

As a result, Anton Zabolotny became the main character of the meeting.

The forward, who has not yet scored in the current season, scored a double, and one of his goals turned into a real decoration of the first third of the championship.

After filing from the flank, the striker managed to break through and hit exactly the far corner.

The second ball came out no less beautiful: the attacker processed the "candle" with a light touch of his foot, moved to the center of the penalty area and shot from the left to the execution into the far corner.

Rostov not only suffered the first defeat in seven matches, but was also left without Valery Karpin.

After the end of the meeting, he began to argue with the judge Yevgeny Turbin, for which he received a red card.

Two removals in Kazan

The match between Rubin and Akhmat (1: 1) was not without a controversial referee's decision.

At the 68th minute, the referee Vladimir Moskalev showed the Kazan midfielder Darko Yevtich a second yellow card for an elbow strike in the face of Artyom Timofeev.

At the same time, the violation of the rules did not look so obvious on replay.

The referee's decision caused an angry reaction from the coaching staff of Leonid Slutsky, and especially from his assistant Oleg Kuzmin, who was also removed as a result.

By this moment, Rubin was leading with a minimum score thanks to a goal from Khvichi Kvaratskhelia.

But remaining in the minority, the hosts still missed.

Ten minutes before the final whistle, Moskalev assigned a penalty to Yuri Dyupin's goal for a foul by Philip Uremovich on Lecha Sadulaev.

Georgy Melkadze confidently converted the penalty spot, as did Kvaratskhelia, who scored in the second round in a row.

The defeat of Krasnodar after reaching the Champions League

In the final match of the round in Moscow, Dynamo and Krasnodar met.

The Southerners entered the field four days after a tough win against PAOK in the Champions League and were in poor physical condition.

Plus, at the very beginning of the meeting, Christian Ramirez was injured, who had to be replaced by Cayo Panteleao.

The footballers of the capital's team after the resignation of Kirill Novikov and under the leadership of the acting head coach Alexander Kulchy were eager to prove themselves and score three points.

As expected, Dynamo acted as number two, but carried out competent counterattacks.

As a result, the blue and white inflicted 15 shots on the goal of Matvey Safonov, 10 of which were on target.

The hosts managed to open the scoring in the 37th minute, when Vyacheslav Grulev, who unexpectedly replaced Nikolai Komlichenko at the base, competently played on finishing.

And after the break, Daniil Lesovoy struck someone else's goal, taking advantage of the gross mistake of Alexander Martynovich.
