Serie A club Genoa has suffered no less than 14 covid-19 cases.
They therefore submitted a request that the league meeting at home with Torino on Saturday be moved to a later date.
Now they have got what they want.
Today, Serie A announced that they have approved the request, which means that the match will be played at a later time.
The Serie A clubs have the right to ask for a match move this season.
If a similar case occurs later in the year, they must play the match, otherwise it counts as a walk over.
