Predictions and other speculations will be able to go well until the start of the Champions League draw on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. in Nyon.

With the last results of the dams on Wednesday, we now know the composition of the different hats.

And this is not good news for OM.

The novice Rennes

With qualifying for Salzburg and Russian club Krasnodar, Marseille are ultimately dumped in hat 4, exposing them to stronger opponents in the group stage.

The last hat, that of the teams with the weakest UEFA coefficients, thus includes two French clubs, with the novice Rennes.

Paris Saint-Germain, outgoing finalist, appears in hat 1. The capital club could however also fall into a "group of death".

The worst scenario would be to see FC Barcelona and Inter Milan in his group.

And if Paris avoids Barça, he could inherit one of the two clubs of Manchester, or Chelsea, which recruited this summer its former captain Thiago Silva.

PSG are only certain that they will not face either Marseille or Rennes, as UEFA regulations prohibit matches between teams from the same country at this stage of the competition.
