Ayrton's unexpected take and Chagrov's curious mistake

The ninth round of the RPL started with the matches of the two leading teams in the standings, Zenit and Spartak.

At the same time, they met with outsiders, Ufa and Tambov, respectively.

The red and white won a tough victory in Saransk.

Up to the 75th minute, the score on the scoreboard was a draw, and the hosts created no less dangerous chances than the opponent.

Ayrton helped the Muscovites to snatch the most important victory.

The Brazilian defender, who had previously scored only two goals in his career, scored a brace.

First, he distinguished himself with a powerful shot into the near corner from outside the penalty area, and then struck someone else's goal on the rebound after a corner.

At the same time, the reserve goalkeeper of "Tambov" Nikita Chagrov, who unexpectedly replaced the experienced Sergei Ryzhikov, assumed that the ball would go past the goal and let him fly into the corner.

Alexander Sobolev took part in both goals of Spartak.

A minute after coming out as a substitute, he fought for the ball in someone else's penalty area, and as a result Ayrton struck an accurate blow on the rebound.

Finally, it was the Russian forward who earned the standard, after which the Brazilian scored a double.

Also in the red-and-white roster, it is worth highlighting another substitute player.

For 36-year-old Andrey Yeshchenko, this game became the jubilee hundredth for Spartak.

Dziuba's hat-trick and Azmun's injuries with Lovren

Zenit won a much more confident victory a few hours later.

It seemed that a difficult confrontation awaited the Petersburgers, because the head coach of Ufa Vadim Yevseev had never lost to the blue-white-blue in his career.

For example, in the spring the match between the teams in St. Petersburg ended in a goalless draw.

But this time the struggle did not work out, and the reigning champion sent six unanswered goals into the opponent's goal.

In the middle of the first half, Serdar Azmun opened the score with a beautiful blow.

And soon the Iranian earned a penalty, which was converted by Artem Dziuba.

After the break, the most prominent player on the field was already the captain of the Russian national team.

He scored two beautiful goals, scored the fourth hat-trick of his career, and also gave an assist to Azmun.

Such a bright game helped Dziuba catch up with Andrey Arshavin in the list of Zenit's top scorers in history.

With 80 goals, they tied for sixth place.

Alexander Kerzhakov is the leader with 163 balls.

The only fly in the ointment for Sergei Semak on the eve of the match with "Spartak" were the injuries of Deyan Lovren and Azmun.

The Serb had to be changed during the break, and the Iranian left the field in the second half in an electric car.

Goal Noboa and Zaika's red card

But after a meeting with PAOKjv in the Champions League away, Krasnodar failed to beat Sochi in the Southern Derby - 1: 1.

Moreover, the hosts opened an account already in the fifth minute.

In one of the first attacks, referee Sergei Karasev, with the help of his colleagues at VAR, drew attention to a foul in someone else's penalty area on Kirill Zaik.

The penalty kick was confidently realized by Christian Noboa.

This goal was the seventh for the 35-year-old Ecuadorian in the current RPL season, and he remained in the top scorers of the tournament.

Moreover, the current draw of the Russian championship is the most productive for the veteran after the 2009/10 season, in which he scored eight times with Rubin.

In general, Krasnodar had an overwhelming advantage and struck eight shots on target, but struck Soslan Dzhanaev only once - after an hour of the meeting.

And the trouble did not come for Sochi alone.

First, Zaika, who earned a penalty, received two optional yellow cards in three minutes, and then Karasev removed the head coach of the hosts Vladimir Fedotov for excessive emotions.

Following this, Sergei Petrov leveled the score with a beautiful blow into the far corner from the penalty area.

In the time remaining before the final whistle, Krasnodar did everything to snatch a strong-willed victory, but no longer managed to break through Dzhanaev, who made seven saves.

Hashimoto's two goals and Glebov's second removal in four days

But "Rostov", which also played in European competitions this week, on the contrary, managed to win.

However, the yellow and blue had no right to lose points after an unexpected departure from the Europa League.

And if in the match against Maccabi Valery Karpin's charges scored already in the ninth minute, then in the game with Arsenal they conceded.

Evans Kangwa scored his third goal in the current RPL season.

However, the guests immediately responded to him with an accurate blow from Evgeny Chernov.

It is noteworthy that the defender scored his debut goal in the RPL and only the fifth in his career.

And at the end of the first half, Rostov's midfielder Kento Hashimoto scored a brace within seven minutes.

In the asset of the Japanese in the current draw of the national championship, there are already four goals, although, speaking at home, he did not differ in particular performance and did not score more than five times during the season.

Another event that made the matches with Arsenal and Maccabi related was the removal of Daniil Glebov.

The domestic footballer received two yellow cards after the break and was sent off for the second time in four days.

Remaining in the minority, Rostov gave up the initiative to the opponent, conceded the second goal in the 94th minute, but achieved an important victory.

At the same time, the southerners' unbeaten run in the RPL is already six matches, which allowed them to rise to third place.

Melkadze's debut goal for Akhmat and the first reflected penalty in Pomazun's career

Another team representing the South of Russia, "Akhmat", also won.

Grozny defeated Ural at home (2: 0) and interrupted a three-match streak of defeats.

Already in the second minute the scoring was opened by Georgy Melkadze, rented from Spartak, who scored the debut goal for the new team.

The guests were not given the game at all.

Back in the first half, Yekaterinburg defender Stefan Strandberg received two yellow cards, and playing with a hand in his own penalty area in his performance led to the appointment of a penalty.

From the point of view, Vladimir Ilyin tried to upset the former team, but he could not beat Ilya Pomazun.

The young goalkeeper saved the first penalty in his career.

Moreover, in the second half, “Akhmat” earned another penalty, and Pomazun was again close to parrying the opponent's blow, but the ball after Bernard Berisha's shot still flew close to the goalkeeper's hand.

Nikolic's second victory over Goncharenko and Smolov's sixth goal for CSKA

And in the central match of the tour, Lokomotiv beat CSKA away with a minimum score and won a second victory in the RPL in a row.

Moreover, the unbeaten run of the railroad workers is already four games, as well as the run without conceded goals.

At the same time, Marko Nikolic managed to beat Viktor Goncharenko in the second in just over two months.

On July 16, the Serb's wards in the key match for the medals were stronger than the opponent - 2: 1.

Alexey Miranchuk, who had transferred to Atalanta, managed to score a double in that fight.

This time Fedor Smolov scored the only ball at his own expense.

It is curious that he also brought Loko a victory with a minimum score over Tambov in the last round.

Anton Miranchuk again gave him an effective pass.

In total, the forward has three goals in the current RPL season.

Also for Smolov, the ball against CSKA became the sixth in his career.

More often he upset only Wings of the Soviets (8) and Ural (10).

Also among the guests it is worth highlighting Marinato Guilherme, who made four saves and extended the "dry" streak in the Russian championship to a month.

The last time he missed on August 26 from “Akhmat” (2: 3).

Rubin's fourth victory and Rotor's seventh defeat

Meanwhile, the first game after the outbreak of the coronavirus in the team was played by Rotor.

RPL newcomer took Rubin and was defeated - 1: 3.

At the same time, three foreign players made their debut in the Volgograd team at once: Croatian goalkeeper Josip Chondrich, Argentine defender Patricio Maticardi and Brazilian striker Flamarion Jovinu Filho.

The latter, after an hour of the meeting, even managed to hit the gate of Yuri Dupin.

By this moment Kazan were leading - 2: 0.

Djordje Despotovich and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored goals.

For the Serb, this goal was the fourth in the current RPL season, and for the Georgian - the first.

And on the 48th minute the second yellow card was received by the hosts' defender Armen Manucharyan.

Another newcomer of the team, Oleg Shatov, put an end to the match, who converted the penalty awarded for handball by Beka Mikeltadze.

Lantratov's nine saves and Cherevchenko's first match at the head of Khimki

If Rotor has not known victories in the RPL for nine matches, then another newcomer of the elite division, Khimki, has finally won the first victoria.

For this, the team needed a change of coach.

After the crushing defeat from Krasnodar, the place of Dmitry Gunko was taken by the ex-mentor of Lokomotiv and Arsenal Igor Cherevchenko.

As a result, under the leadership of a new specialist, the Moscow Region team at home beat Dynamo with a minimum score.

This victory was the first for Khimki in the Premier League in more than 11 years.

In July 2009, the red-blacks turned out to be stronger than Amkar, after which they suffered 15 defeats in a row and flew to the FNL to return to the RPL only this year.

The only ball was scored by the midfielder of the Russian youth team Alexander Lomovitsky.

And the main character of the meeting was the goalkeeper of the owners Ilya Lantratov, who made nine saves.

The 24-year-old goalkeeper played his first clean sheet in the Premier League.
