Gattuso refuses to listen to words of praise .. "The victory over Genoa is not real"

Napoli coach Gennaro Gattuso refused to listen to words of praise in his team, after the 6-0 victory over Al Kabeer over Genoa on Sunday in the second phase of the Italian Football League.


"We are receiving praise, but let's analyze the match," Gattuso said in comments after the match. "In my opinion, the result did not express the truth."


He added, "In the first half, we could have scored more than one goal, but we were close to recieving goals. We did good things, but we need to improve."


Napoli mugged their teeth and swept Genoa 6-0 on Sunday.


Napoli ended the first half in their favor with a clean goal, scored by Herving Lozano in the tenth minute.


In the second half, Napoli showered their visitors' net with five goals, scored by Peter Zelensky, Drais Mertens and Luzano again, Elf Elmas and Matteo Politano in the 46th, 57th, 65th, 69th and 72nd minutes, to freeze Genoa at three points.


Napoli raised their score to six points at the top of the competition standings, on goal difference against Hellas Verona and AC Milan, who are in second and third place, respectively.
