Yesterday, the Al-Batayeh team won the Futsal League title for the current season, after it won the decisive match in the final round of the competition over the Khorfakkan team in Al-Batayeh Hall, with a score of 4-2.

This is the only competition that was completed during the Corona pandemic, after the competition stopped six months ago, and the Futsal Executive Committee resumed it this month.

This is Al-Batayeh's fourth title in the current season, after winning the Federation Cup, Emirates Cup and Khorfakkan International Tournament Shield.

On the other hand, Khorfakkan was hoping to achieve his first title since 2015. What is interesting is that Al-Bataih imposed absolute control over the futsal titles in his first season.

The two teams had decided to the decider after they shared the victory in the first and second matches in the final, where Al-Batayeh beat his hall in the first match with a score of 4-2, while Khorfakkan won in the second match that was held on his hall with a score of two goals to zero, to be referred to the playoff match I smiled for the sick.

And from a third defensive mistake by the Khorfakkan goalkeeper, Al-Bataih scored the third goal, through Saud Khalfan, in the 10th minute of the second half.

Al-Batayeh completed his control of the match, winning the title after Bruno's fourth goal in the last minute of the match, to repeat the same result of the 4-2 match at Khorfakkan.

The match witnessed the continued brilliance of a number of the players of the two teams, especially as the competition was close between them throughout the match, in addition to their previously shared victory in the home and away matches.

Bruno was the most prominent player in the match, as he disrupted the Khorfakkan defense thanks to his moves, as well as the accuracy of his shots that gave Al-Bataih two goals from his quartet against Khorfakkan.
