Yesterday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that pubs, bars and restaurants must henceforth close no later than 22.00, in order to stop the spread of infection.

This now affects the Premier League.

Today, the league announced that the matches in the middle of the week will kick off at 17.45 and 20.00, local time.

The new kick-off times will take effect from Monday 28 September.

Then Fulham – Arsenal will start at 17.45 local time (18.45 Swedish time), while the big match Liverpool – Arsenal will start at 20.00 local time.
