Juventus officially announces the contract with Morata on loan for 10 million euros

Juventus, the Italian champion in the past nine seasons, has restored the services of Spanish international striker Alvaro Morata on loan from Atletico Madrid for one season for 10 million euros "because Alvaro is one of us", according to what the Turin giants announced late Tuesday evening.

Juventus said in a statement that Morata "will be part of the team this year, with the option to extend the loan for another year, and the option to contract with him finally," revealing that the final transfer will cost him 45 million euros in three installments (15 million euros annually).

If the "Old Lady" team decides to extend the loan for an additional season, that will cost it 10 million euros as well, and this amount will be deducted from the 45 million euros in the event of a final contract with him after the second year of the loan.

The international striker landed in Turin on Monday evening in preparation for his return to the team, which defended its colors from 2014 to 2016 and scored 27 goals in 93 games.

And after the Uruguayan Luis Suarez was a candidate for the transfer to the "old lady" team from Barcelona, after the new Dutch coach Ronald Koeman had informed him that he was out of his accounts for the next season, the Italian champion chose his former player Mwarta as a result of Suarez's delay in obtaining the Italian passport.
