Slovenian Tadej Pogacar won the 2020 Tour de France on Sunday and at the same time created a sensation.

He becomes the first Slovenian to win on the Great Loop and the youngest winner since 1904. He will be 22 on Monday.

Primoz Roglic, his compatriot, finished second after having believed until the last moment in the final victory.

Pogacar equals Eddy Merckx

Present even impressive in the mountain stages, Tadej Pogacar reversed the situation during the penultimate stage on Saturday, a time trial between Lure and the Planche des Belles filles.
