Rafael Nadal did not exist against Diego Schwartzmann -

There are days like this when anything can happen.

A young unconscious who overthrows the Tour and an ogre who stumbles in one of his favorite areas.

So far sovereign for his return to competition in Rome, Rafael Nadal lost in two sets against Diego Schwartzmann (6-2, 7-5).

Clean, neat and smudge-free.

It is difficult, seeing the scoreboard, not to think about this quarter-final at Roland Garros when the same Argentinian took the first round from the Spaniard before being stopped in his tracks by a capricious sky.

In Rome, there was no one to save Rafa, much less himself.

“It wasn't my night, at all.

He played a very good game, not me, so when that happens you have to lose, the multiple winner bowed to Roland.

It can happen.

After so much time without playing, I played the wrong game against a good opponent, that's how I want to congratulate Diego, he did a very good job.

Autoflagellation through labor

But should we be worried about Nadal?

We know he needs rhythm and confidence.

But last year, he arrived with barely more references than this season for the result we know.

"What am I going to do here at Roland Garros?"

It's a special and unpredictable year, I don't know, I'll probably go home and see what happens.

I did my job here, I did some good things, others less.

At least I played several games, there are things to be settled.

I will continue to work, with the right attitude.
