2 p.m .: Hello everyone.

Come on we meet around 3pm to take the antenna on the route du Tour!

The anticipated summary of the stage

Sagan vs. Bennett, Bennett vs. Sagan.

This is the story of this stage.

In the fight for the green jersey, the Slovak tries his last (and best) card: all day long, Sagan rolls his Bora to challenge the sprinter of the Deceuninck on the reliefs of the Jura.

Bennett hangs on, accompanied by his entire team.

It was even Julian Alaphilippe who brought him back to the 4th category pass when he was about to drop out of the peloton.

In short, the frantic pace of the Bora condemns any breakaway, until the intermediate sprint, won by Bennett who emerges from the devil vauvert.

There, Sagan loses all hope and stops driving his team.

Suddenly, the peloton is at a standstill, after having driven 3 hours at 55 km / h.

Everyone is burnt out from home.

We end the stage in a moonwalk, at 12km / h, and to make matters worse it is Bennett who wins in the sprint because hey, it was really not the Tour of Peter Sagan.

The Jura is never really flat.

But after what the riders have experienced in recent days, this 19th stage towards Champagnole should allow them to rest their bodies, on the eve of the decisive time trial of the Planche des Belles Filles.

Be careful though, there is little chance that we end up with a massive sprint at the end, as the road is rough.

We can imagine that this day will come down to two things: who will win the stage and will Sagan put Bennett in difficulty for the green jersey?

Suspense, suspense ...
