The last time Viktor Claesson scored a goal in the Russian league was on May 26, 2019. In mid-July, he injured his cruciate ligament and disappeared for over a year.

Today he made the third straight match from the start with Krasnodar.

And Claesson had a nice half.

Missed penalty - put the return

National team colleague Marcus Berg started the goal shooter.

In the 19th minute, Krasnodar got a penalty and Berg got the confidence.

His penalty was saved first, but Berg pushed in the return.

Four minutes later it was time for a nice goal for Claesson.

He shot the ball in with the right dojo and then shouted out his joy at scoring again.

Khimki then made both 2-1 and 2-2.

Arshak Koryan scored both goals for the away team.

Before the first half was over, however, Claesson had time to find the net again.

From close range, in the middle of the penalty area, he easily shot in 3-2.

Two nice assists

Tonny Vilhena made it 4-2 and Remy Cabella fixed it 5-2.

Claesson assisted to Cabella's goal with a nice heel pass.

Claesson was not finished there.

After 74 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defense allowed Daniil Utkin to get through.

He shot in 6-2.

Kristoffer Olsson also started for Krasnodar, and the midfielder made a good effort.
