Sirius had an agreement with Kingsley Sarfo's former club, Soccer Soldiers.

Under the agreement, Sirius would pay the Ghanaian club 50 percent of any transfer fees.

But when Sirius sold Sarfo to Malmö for 13 million, they chose to keep all the money and oppose the agreement.

for three years the dispute has been going on and now the Arbitration Court has decided that the agreement was valid but that Sirius' alleged adjustment must be granted.

- The action from Soccer Soldiers was dismissed in its entirety.

One can summarize our basis for adjustment with the fact that we initially claimed that this agreement circumvented the rules of football regarding third-party ownership.

It was important to adjust it down to zero kronor, says Ove Sjöblom, chairman of Sirius for UNT.

The money has been in a separate account since July 2017 and will now be a supplement to Sirius' finances.

What they will be used for is still unclear.

- There are many ways to use that money.

We took a position where we prepared for all kinds of scenarios, but we have not thought about how to use this money than actually.
