Ystads IF started the handball league in the best way, with two points.

The team won at home against Varberg with 31-26.

The focus was on two veterans: Kim Andersson, 38, and Dalibor Doder, 41.

Before the match, Doder guessed that Andersson would score five goals, while Andersson believed that Doder would find the goal on six occasions.

One of the veterans had a fingertip feeling.

"He is old"

With three seconds left in the game, Doder scored his sixth goal.

- I do not know why he did not shoot more, he had many opportunities to shoot.

But he saved his shoulder, he is old, haha, says Doder about Andersson to SVT Sport.

- I'm shitting like that, I'm shooting.

Doder thought that the players in Ystad missed too many positions tonight.

- It was a difficult match, it was premiere nerves.

Maybe that's what's haunting today, what makes us miss so much.

We make an okay match, but we miss too much.

Ystad's Ludvig Hallbäck was the top scorer in the match with nine hits.
