It was SvFF's federal board that today decided on the temporary change that applies to the rest of the 2020 season. The background to the decision is the difficult situation that competitive football is faced with during a pandemic infection.

The decision applies to the league series, which is the country's highest, including the Allsvenskan and the Damallsvenskan.

The decision to walk over applies if an association has been affected by covid-19 cases and there are no opportunities to move the match.

Instead of being excluded from the series, the team can now be sentenced to a 0-3 loss, according to the new regulations.
