Many hockey all-Swedish clubs have taken in NHL-qualified players on loan until the NHL teams' campers start later this autumn / winter.

Previously, Södertälje SK has recruited, among others, Lukas Vejdemo and Samuel Fagemo, now comes a Canadian giant talent.

In 2018, the year Rasmus Dahlin was drafted as number one, Evan Bouchard finished tenth in the NHL draft.

He went to the Edmonton Oilers, but there have only been seven games as he has mainly played for the AHL team Bakersfield Condors.

- It is another young skilled player to get into the squad.

It is an offensive rightback who will strengthen our team, says sports director Mikael Samuelsson to the club's website.
