As recently as last Friday, Emil Millán de la Oliva was in Brussels when he ran the one-hour race during the Diamond League competition.

Today he was on site in Tampere to compete in the 10,000 meter race.

There it became a Swedish dominance when the team took a maximum of 16-6.

The fastest was Emil Millán de la Oliva who broke a new Swedish junior record of 29,10,22 which is also a new personal record.

- We tired them out and it was just driving at the end, says Emil Millán de la Oliva and continues:

- I came from Brussels yesterday so I got some sleep and I was tired.

But I found strength and it was fun to take the victory for Sweden.

"It was powerful"

He has barely recovered since Friday's competition in the Diamond League.

Then Mo Farah broke the world record in one-hour running.

In his ass he had Emil Millan de la Oliva who sprinted with Farah the last bit.

- It was powerful and it is difficult to top that feeling.

There was so much emotion and it took away all the fatigue.

It was like a dream.
