Dibba Al-Hisn club announced the contract with the Algerian professional, Sayed Ahmed Awaj, to represent the team in the next season of the First Division League, with a contract that extends until the end of the next season, coming from the Algerian team of Constantinople, and playing in the playmaker center.

The Secretary-General of Dibba Al-Hisn Club, Saeed Muhammad Al-Riyami, said to "Emirates Today": "We are looking forward to the player being an influential technical addition in implementing the directives of the technical staff, and supporting the team with its ability to build attacks."

He added, "We needed great efforts to bring the player in due to the closure of the airports in Algeria, and it took about 10 days for him to arrive in the Emirates."

For his part, the player Awaj said: “My goal with Dibba Al-Hosn is to rise and play in the Arab Gulf League, and to return the favor to the club’s management that worked hard to join the team,” stressing that he has another goal, which is to join the Algerian national team.
