Officially, the start of the UAE football season has been postponed until October
The UAE Professional Committee, in coordination with the Emirates Football Association, decided to postpone the start of the football sports season 2020-2021 until next October.
The football season in the UAE would start on Thursday with the matches of the first round of the Arabian Gulf Cup.
As for the UAE League, it was scheduled to start on September 9, before the postponement was announced.
