The Basketball Association announced the dates for completing the Basketball League for the men's stage for the current season 2019-2020, which will begin its final round on September 11th, by meeting Al Wasl and its visiting guest, in a single match in the second leg of the quarter-finals, in which the identity of the fourth team qualifying for the Golden Square is determined. And catching up with the teams: Shabab Al-Ahly, Sharjah and Al-Nasr, which qualified directly after the Al-Jazirah, Al-Dhafra and Bani Yas clubs announced their withdrawal from completing the round.
Al-Ittihad also set September 15 as the date for a possible playoff match between Al-Bataih and Al-Wasl, in the event that the Emperor succeeded in winning the second leg, especially since Al-Bataih won the first leg with a score of (64-60), last March, before sporting activity in the country stopped.
According to the new schedule, the tournament will enter the semi-final round on September 18, provided that it will be held in the league system from one stage, and the four qualified teams will meet again on the 23rd and 28th of the same month, to determine the two parties to the final match on the third of next October.
