Djokovic defeated Roberto Bautista Agut, Spain, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 in the final against Canadian Milos Raonic, who won his semifinal over Stefanos Tsitsipas, Greece, 7-6, 6-3.

Djokovic had neck problems during the semifinals and received treatment for the injury. But despite that and a lost first set, the Serb was able to turn around - and eventually win, after his opponent took the last set to tiebreak.
