Neither the International Cycling Union (UCI) nor the organization of the Tour (ASO) have yet specified the terms of application of this measure, which must be formalized in the afternoon. For now, two cases of Covid-19 have been announced Thursday evening, 48 hours before the start of the first stage in Nice.
